Asia Gore
Asia Gore is originally from South Carolina and a graduate of New York City Public Schools, these experiences deeply shape her commitment to educational access and opportunity. She is passionate about strengthening communities through intentional program design, authentic family and student engagement, and strategic operational leadership. With expertise in program development, enrollment strategy, and system optimization, Asia works to ensure students and families feel supported, informed, and empowered at every stage of their educational journey. Her leadership centers on building meaningful partnerships and creating clear academic and career pathways that help students thrive and prepare for long term success.
Asia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Administration in Leadership and Organizational Management (Dynamic Leaders and Organizations).
Outside of her professional work, Asia is reading a novel and prioritizing self-care, often found on her yoga mat (stretching and meditating) or at a workout class.
She believes that with a regulated nervous system and a calm mind, anything is possible. This belief guides her approach to life and her commitment to sustainable impact.
She is excited to bring her experience and passion to Community Youth Advance (CYA), collaborating with students, families, and community partners to create opportunities that help every student reach their fullest potential.
